ooooh don’t you just love the official stuff… Basically the deal is I respect your privacy HUGELY – you trust me with various bits of info I need to work with you and make all the awesome stuff your business needs. I only keep hold of information I need to keep providing services for you and am very careful with how and where it’s stored! I collect information in order to carry out my work. I will always have a lawful purpose for any information I collect and I will let you know that purpose at the time of collection or shortly afterwards.

The information I collect may include:

  • social media contact data, and log in data when installing links, programmes etc.
  • bank account details (e.g. from payments)

I will NEVER sell your information. That would just be plain rude. 

I might sometimes share your information with selected Third Parties, who work with me to deliver my business purposes. In my contracts with these Third Parties I require them to comply with data protection laws.

how do I store your information?

We keep most information digitally using appropriate software.

Some information (eg. paper-based) is kept in secure physical storage.

Other information, such as phone messages, are converted to another format for storage.

The management of our organisation is designed to enable and ensure compliance with the Data Protection laws currently in force.

when do I stop using your information?

I keep your information while I need it for my business purposes or until you request removal.
Generally I review our databases every 6-12 months to remove expired data.
Some information is required to be kept for longer, such as financial records.

what happens if something goes wrong?

I keep aware of the process to be followed if a breach occurs (including reporting and rectifying).
If you are unhappy about my handling of your data I will do my best to improve the matter for you.
